This is where to find out about various Fundraising Opportunities made available to you

Due to the nature of our charity, there is an on-going need for finances, especially in relation to supporting orphaned and under-privileged children. We hold regular fundraising activities throughout the year including such things as flag days, supermarket bag-packing, coffee mornings, dinners, craft evenings, fireside quizzes, car boot sales, concerts, charity breakfasts, sponsored events etc. If you live in the Coleraine area you could be involved in any of these activities and we are always looking for volunteers to help. If interested, please contact us to find out about the next fund-raising activity.

However, you don’t need to live in the Coleraine area to become involved! There are many ways in which YOU TOO could help by way of fundraising. You could run a fund-raising event wherever you are! Just get in touch with us, give us the details of the proposed event and we can furnish you with all the necessary paperwork and documentation. So why not use your imagination to think up a good fundraising event and go for it on behalf of the orphans and under-privileged children of Uganda and Rwanda?

Other practical ways of contributing to the work of the Trust also appear here.  In the future, we hope to add some exciting new features which will give you more and easier ways of supporting the work we do in Uganda and Rwanda.

Memorial Gifts

Recently we have received a number of memorial gifts which have really blessed some of the needy people with whom we work and also encouraged us as we seek to make a difference in the lives of the under-privileged.

Alternative Gift Scheme and Christmas Appeal

We were delighted with the growing response to our Christmas Appeal again this year. We managed to help and encourage many children and families by supplying a range of presents from school uniforms to mosquito nets, and from chickens to rabbits! Some happy recipients of presents for Christmas, including animals to help towards self-sufficiency, are shown below.

We are pleased to say that this Appeal does not close at Christmas as many people have asked us to supply similar gifts for other special celebrations – such as birthdays and weddings!

How to make a donation to Rock Ministries' work

Rock Ministries (NI) Trust is a voluntary organisation and we depend on the generous giving of our supporters and sponsors. If you feel that the Lord is leading you to support us financially, we would be so pleased to receive your donation. Remember, donations however small, can make a big difference to the lives of the under-privileged in Uganda or Rwanda.

There are a number of ways in which your donation can be made as noted below:
